Yoga, Buns + Bliss Day

Who doesn’t love a hot cross bun? Experience the perfect fusion of mind and body as Gemma Murphy Yoga and the Rugby Real Bread have teamed up to present an exceptional event that will rejuvenate your spirit and tantalise your taste buds.

We’re inviting you to a unique day of baking and yoga on Saturday 8th March in Houlton, Rugby where you’ll nourish not only your body but also your soul. 

Immerse yourself in the art of mindfulness and movement with thoughtfully curated yoga classes. Gemma will guide you through two rejuvenating yoga sessions: ‘Feel-Good Flow’ and ‘Unwind and Restore.’ These sessions are purposefully crafted to help you discover your inner balance and leave you feeling completely revitalised.

Delve into the world of bread-making with Paul from Rugby Real Bread. Paul will help you acquire all the techniques you need to mix, shape, and bake hot cross buns and dainty cornish fairing biscuits. Learn new skills and create mouthwatering masterpieces that you can proudly take home.

What’s Included?

Two x 60-minute Yoga Sessions with Gemma (some prior yoga experience required):

  • Feel-Good Yoga Flow: A dynamic session (not too fast, not too slow) to energise your body and mind.
  • Unwind and Restore: A soothing practice to relax and rejuvenate.

Two x hands-on 60 minute baking classes with the Rugby Real Bread Company:

  • Hot Cross Buns: Master the techniques to create this classic treat from scratch.
  • Cornish Fairing Biscuits: Indulge your sweet tooth by baking these delicately spiced, crunchy biscuits.
  • All ingredients and equipment are provided, and vegan options are available—just let us know in advance!

Refreshments: 

  • Tea, Coffee, Infused water
  • Assorted focaccia and fruit

Price: £60 including all ingredients, light snacks, refreshment and mini goody bag.

What to bring?

You will need to bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. It is recommended that you bring Bricks/blocks, although these are not essential. Feel free to bring a blanket, eye pillow and fluffy socks to get extra cosy in relaxation!

Terms and Conditions

If you need to cancel, please notify gemmamurphyyoga@gmail.com by email on or before 9 February 2025. In such cases, we will provide a refund of the ticket price, deducting a £10 administrative fee.

For cancellations made between 10 February and 23 February 2025, we will offer a 50% refund. If you cancel on or after 24 February 2025, we cannot provide any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement. However, if you have someone in mind who can take your place, we are happy to discuss a transfer of the booking.
